Can I get a free estimate?
Yes, Aqua Terra provides free estimates for all repair, maintenance and installation services. For repairs, we will provide the estimate on site and if you approve we will complete the work immediately, unless otherwise discussed.
How long will it take to do the installation?
Most residential irrigation installations require 2 - 3 days on average. Lighting installations are 1 - 2 days on average. Water features and other installs may be longer. These estimates are actual work times; please allow additional time to discuss your needs and work through job plans and estimates, etc.
What type of equipment or materials do you use?
Aqua Terra has had years on experience using many types of materials and equipment and we have chosen what we consider the very best. We look for products that are easy to maintain, low in repair calls, and are affordable. Do you have job site insurance?
Yes, we have coverage for all job site activities and we will be glad to provide you with proof of insurance along with our quote as we discuss your project.
Do you take credit cards?
Yes, Aqua Terra accepts all major credit cards. We charge a 3% convenience fee on all credit card charges.
Do you guarantee your work?
Yes, Aqua Terra will provide you a written guarantee upon request. We provide a 2 year labor guarantee on all installation jobs, and 90 days on labor for repairs.
Are there warranties on the materials?
Yes, All of our materials have warranties provided by the manufacturers, the amount of time for each product varies. Details will be provided with your proposal and various manufacturer warranties are discussed during the job estimation process.
